Pine nuts !


This is like "caviar" for nuts! Just a little bit can go a long long way with your food. Can be used for a variety of dishes
Lightly toasted on a hot pan, sprinkle it on your salads, spaghetti, pizza to give you that earthy flavor
Pound it into a fine mash and mix it with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, basil and garlic to create a lovely pesto to be eaten with fried fish, chicken, etc.

Swiss Brown Mushroom

Pasta - slice it and pan fry it with olive oil before tossing it together with the tomato base for the pasta. Alternatively, cook it with olive oil and pasta - aglio olio style

Soup - blend it in a mixed together with other mushrooms like portobello and fry with garlic till fragrant. Add cream and water to the mushroom mixture. Blend it again with a handheld mixer if you want a creamy mixture. Add salt & pepper to taste.

Salad or Pizza - great topping for both.

Cherry Tomatoes

Salads - Slice and toss them with your choice of greens, olive oil and vinegar.

Spaghetti - Sliced into halves, seasoned with salt & pepperand baked in an oven for 5 minutes to bring out the flavor. Toss into spaghetti cooked aglio olio style

Pizza - Served with mozarella cheese, ham, basil leaves
